Candidates must be present on the scheduled date to ensure their eligibility is verified and their merit position is calculated accordingly.

Merit Preparation & Weightage Calculation

The merit position will be determined based on the weightage pattern specified in the recruitment notification dated 12th December 2024. TRBT will calculate weightage after verifying all documents submitted by candidates. The final selection and recommendation for recruitment will be made based on:
✅ Merit list (as per weightage calculation)
✅ Availability of vacancies as per the recruitment notification

Documents Required for Scrutiny

Candidates must bring original and two self-attested photocopies of the following documents:

  1. Acknowledgement Page of the Online Application for UGT/GT – 2024
  2. T-TET Certificate cum Mark-sheet
  3. Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC)
  4. Admit Card of Madhyamik/Matriculation Examination (as proof of age)
  5. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  6. PH Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Mark Sheets of All Semesters/Years (for academic qualification)
  8. Mark Sheets of All Semesters/Years (for professional/teacher training qualification)
  9. Certificates of Academic and Professional Qualifications
  10. Photo-bearing Identity Proof (PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar – any one)
  11. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) (for in-service candidates)
  12. Certificate/Proof of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Status (if applicable)

Candidates who have applied for both UGT & GT must bring four sets of photocopies:
✅ Two sets for UGT
✅ Two sets for GT
Such candidates will only attend scrutiny on the UGT date (19th February 2025) and will not need to appear again for GT scrutiny on 20th February 2025.

Important Notes for Candidates

🔹 Scrutiny does not guarantee recruitment: Document verification is just a part of the process. Selection depends on eligibility criteria and available vacancies as per the official notification.

🔹 Failure to attend scrutiny leads to disqualification: If a candidate fails to appear or provides incorrect/incomplete documents, their candidature will be immediately canceled without further communication.

🔹 Attendance confirms agreement with TRBT terms & conditions: Candidates participating in scrutiny agree to all terms as per the notification dated 12th December 2024.

🔹 No TA/DA provided for scrutiny: Candidates must bear their own expenses for travel and accommodation.
